Key Account Manager
As a Key Account Manager, you will spearhead targeting and nurturing potential key accounts in the frozen fruit sector, domestically and globally. Your role involves developing robust relationships with existing clients, collaborating cross-functionally, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Directly reports to the: Deputy Sales Director
WHAT will be your responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential key accounts in the frozen fruit sector, both domestically and internationally
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and support for sales strategies and initiatives
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against goals, and provide regular reports to senior management
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive edge
WHAT do we expect from you:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- English C1 is required, German is a strong plus
- Proficient in managing key accounts, fostering long-term client relationships, and meeting sales targets
- Expertise in driving sales growth and exploring new business avenues
- Readiness for occasional traveling (fairs, customer visiting, etc.)
