LUKOWA Academy is a free, two-month training programme designed for students in their final years of Bachelor’s and Master’s studies. The program is intended for students in the following fields: Economics, Organizational Sciences, Agriculture, Technology, and Technical Sciences. This year the entire programme will be delivered live and will be held in English.

30 participants will be chosen to attend this year’s LUKOWA Academy. All participants will be awarded a Certificate of accomplishment. The prerequisite for this certificate is attendance in 75% of our activities as well as active participation in solving the case study within their teams.

You will have a chance to partake in various meet-ups, workshops, lectures, and Q&As with industry experts and LUKOWA’s Top Management. LUKOWA Academy lets you solve a real business challenge faced by LUKOWA Group. You will get both hands-on experiences, and advice from business leaders, and you will have a chance to expand your professional network.

The best participants will have a chance for paid student internships or employment at LUKOWA, either immediately, after the end of this programme, or after finishing a student internship in LUKOWA, depending on their current status of studies.
