Procurement Administrator

As a Procurement Administrator, you will support our Procurement team with the administration of purchase orders.
The position is contract-based with a length of 3 months.
Directly reports to the: Procurement Manager
WHAT will be your responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing orders, along with tracking their status
- Handling customer complaints and inquiries regarding deliveries
- Communicating with and overseeing warehouse operations, including stock monitoring and regulation
- Managing the posting of invoices and participating in procurement activities
- Archiving relevant documentation related to procurement and logistics
